Treated like a human being and not like a cattle market.
Everyone was caring and considerate and didn't judge you as to why you were there.
They actually took the time to speak to you and explain everything every step of the way.
I had a termination when I was 18 and it was a horrific experience, that I was so scared to be in this situation again, but they made me feel so at ease with everything.
